Refund policy

Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping products back to us. When returning an item it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. It will not be altered, laundered or soiled. We have a 10-day return policy in which the item must reach our store within 10 days of the receipt of your items. Returns received after 10 days will be returned to you and you will be charged return shipping. We reserve the right to decline any return.

Please make sure you provide your return authorization number on the inside and outside of your box!

All returns must include a copy of the invoice with an explanation of why the item is being returned and what you would like us to do i.e. refund or exchange. If there is not a copy of the invoice in the box, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be charged return shipping.

For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered, or you simply don't want the product, you will be issued a 15% restocking fee. Please note that in this instance, shipping charges are not refundable. Items specifically marked as not returnable in their product descriptions cannot be returned under any circumstances.
